TERREVIVE
Biodynamic Agriculture
The Terrevive farm was established in 2008 in the hamlet of Gargallo di Carpi, in the province of Modena. From the very beginning, the farm has adopted the Biodynamic method as its agronomic technique; this cultivation method respects the sensitivity of the people who work on the farm, who have made principles such as respect for the environment, biodiversity and human wellbeing their own, all in balance with the forces of nature.
A unique and interconnected organism, where we find land, vegetation, animals and people in perfect equilbrium. We feel we are the custodians of our land and actively work to stimulate the various biological processes that enable us to produce everything we need within the farm itself.
All this, and much more, is Terrevive.
Wines are an expression of agricultural complexity; they are not the result of a simple agronomic or oenological technique, but the fruit of a living system that enhances their depth and diversity. We live Lambrusco as an ideal companion for our food: it nourishes us, it entertains us.
We like to call it PURE LIVING WINE, because this is what our vineyards, the soil that animates them and the animals that populate them are like.
The cooperative is mainly involved in training and work placement projects for disadvantaged people, in order to promote and disseminate good social farming practices. For Terrevive, this is a fundamental element because it nurtures human complexity and relations between the people involved in the business.
